Our Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Canada when you spend $45 or more. 

Currently our shipping partners are Canada Post. All orders to P.O. boxes will be shipped with Canada Post. We are currently working to add more service providers.

We do not currently ship outside of Canada, USA and the United Kingdom. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You may experience extended lead times due to several impacts of COVID-19. We are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order on it's way to you. 

Shipping during holiday periods

Holiday periods mean more products have to ship. This may mean a 2-3 day delay in processing your order prior to shipping. So expect that processing your order could take us 5 days before we cant get it on its way. We work with recognized shipping carriers to help us meet our commitment to getting you the quickest shipping time possible. During holidays periods with higher volumes of deliveries, there are sometimes things we cannot control that may cause a delay in shipping times. When we ship your order we will send you the confirmation and you can track your orders delivery progress using the carriers tracking number. Problems with delivery? No worries! Prescribed Holidays

Rest time is important to our mental and physical well being and so we do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Ontario provincial holidays. We appreciate that everyone on our team needs to take a breath now and again. 

Shipping times

Although our carriers standard deliver times range between 3 and 7 days, depending on your location, these can be negatively impacted and cause delays due to holiday or other high volume periods.

Order cancellation or change

Orders are instantly queued for fulfillment. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address. The order will be processed and ship as directed.

Arona Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your date of purchase must be within 30 days of date of purchase and your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds or returns purchased through our partners or affiliates.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as teas, powders, and other food items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are all final sale.

How to start a return

To start a return, you can contact us on +1 888 706 4060 between 9am and 5pm EST or and provide us your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on +1 888 706 4060 between 9am and 5pm or if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges (Defects or Damages) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (Proof required).  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at . We may ask you to mail your item to us and we will provide you a return label for mailing. 

Shipping costs

Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is our fault. The return process will be dealt with as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two weeks to process. You will receive email notifications once we have received your return and a confirmation once it has been processed.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Affiliate or retail purchases

For items purchased through one of our community partners (Retail outlets, Affiliates), simply return the unopened and unused items within 30 days of your date of purchase to your place of purchase for a refund or exchange. The place of purchase has the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the items are not in their original condition.
